Green Square appoints Naked Comms Group COO Barry Dudley as a Partner
Green Square has appointed Naked Communications group COO Barry Dudley as a full time partner alongside Andrew Moss and founding partner Tony Walford. Since its inception in 2008, Green Square has become a widely recognised corporate finance and advisory practice that has been awarded ‘Niche UK Corporate Finance Boutique of the Year’ by ACQ Magazine and ‘Firm of the Year’ by M&A International Magazine.

Dudley is a well-known name in the marketing communications industry and built his name when he joined Naked – described by the FT as ‘marketing’s most creative business’ - in 2003 as its fourth partner. He spearheaded the agency’s international expansion as it grew from 25 employees in the UK to having a global footprint by 2008 with a headcount of over 300 across four continents. Later that year he led the sale of the agency to Photon, the 14th largest global marketing services group, based in Australia. In 2010, alongside his Naked role he was appointed COO of Photon’s International Agency Division.

From 1988 to 2003 as a qualified FCA Dudley held a series of consulting roles with Kingston Smith, Andersen and Deloitte advising technology, media and marketing businesses including BSkyB, WPP and Cable & Wireless.
