Ascension Day

This is a one-day workshop which helps shareholders and management identify key actions to improve the performance and value of their business. It is a very effective way to formulate a plan to drive the next stage of a company’s development and maximise value.

Following a desktop review of relevant information supplied in advance, the workshop consists a presentation of Green Square’s assessment, supplemented by discussions with management along the lines of the value drivers acquirers look for in a business and understanding personal aspirations. The output of the day is an agreed set of actions to enhance growth and business value.
