Green Square advises Just:: Health on its sale to Paris based Havas Group

We’re delighted to announce the sale of Just:: Health Communications, one of the UK’s largest independent healthcare marketing companies, to Havas Health, the healthcare discipline of Havas Group.

Just:: Health is known for its innovative work and for providing services to global clients in public relations, medical communications, public affairs and digital communications. Founded in 2006 by Jennie Talman and Emma Crozier, it is one of the UK’s most respected and progressive global healthcare agencies and will broaden and enhance Havas’s integrated service offer.

Commenting on the acquisition, Yannick Bollore, CEO, Havas Group said: “The Havas Health network is a vital asset for the Havas Group’s worldwide success. Jennie Talman and Emma Crozier will join the leadership team that oversees the Havas PR Global Collective, which ensures Havas PR agencies worldwide are aligned on positioning, tools and talent development. They will report to Donna Murphy, CEO Havas Health, who commented: “Just:: is a fantastic fit for Havas Health, as it broadens our service offer, bringing new key skills, new talent and innovative proprietary tools.”
